Ingredients
Serves 4
• 400 g (14 oz) spaghetti
• 4 thin pork chops
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 150 ml (⅔ cup) heavy cream (or dairy-free alternative)
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and sear the pork chops until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
5. Stir in the cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and let simmer for 3–4 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
