I’ve always enjoyed cooking in a simple, homemade way. Here on the blog, I share my everyday recipes, supermarket tips, and ways to eat well without complications.

I cook every day for myself and my boyfriend. Since we both work, we always make double portions for dinner — that way, the next day we just have to heat it up. It’s practical, saves time, and helps avoid waste.

I believe that food can be delicious even with a few ingredients — and that you don’t need to spend a lot to eat with pleasure.

I’m lactose intolerant and also not a fan of cheese (even lactose-free cheese), so you’ll find plenty of recipes here that are naturally dairy-free.
